• Annual inspection for infestations and preventative treatment of all voids, cracks and crevices:
  • in and around kitchen and bathroom cabinets
  • under and behind large appliances
  • in plumbing areas
  • in accessible attics and sub-floors
  • application of granular baits at perimeters and around all thresholds (windows and doors)
• Follow-up inspections and re-treatments of existing pest problems until they are controlled.
• Unlimited call-in service for any pest problems which might occur during the service year.

• Control of all types of ants, roaches, silverfish and may include rats and mice, as well.
• Initial Service:
  • The facility is thoroughly inspected inside and out for infestations
  • "High risk" areas are treated to prevent infestation
  • Existing infestations are treated and monitored until eradicated
  • Housekeeping and maintenance practices which aid in pest control are noted and discussed.
• Periodic inspections of interiors and perimeters with control treatments as needed. (These activities are scheduled monthly and, depending upon the complexity and type of facility, may be scheduled biweekly, weekly, or even daily.)
• Unlimited call-in service for any problems which may arise between scheduled service visits.
